We would love to claim that pies were invented in this country, but we’re afraid that the first pie dates back to Egyptian times. Oh well…that doesn’t mean that we enjoy them any less does it?

We noticed this article recently which describes a day in the life of pie taster Ian Kay, where he gets to sample up to six pies in one sitting. Thumbs up to Ian in his choice of vocation. He must love pies nearly as much as we do.
